Have one Personality at home and during battle my another alone defender is going to be destroyed. I interrupt killing action with A Good Death.
1) Could i target Personality at home to give him Resilient this turn? 2) Will i gain 2 honor?

Because of the Rule of Location, the Personality you target with A Good Death must be at the current battlefield.
However, since the targeting is done when A Good Death is played, that Personality may be your lone defender. The Force bonus and Resiliant keyword will be somewhat wasted, but you will gain 2 honour.
