Hi I have a secluded outpost in play (and other gold) I buy Suzune, the Coy paying 5g (using the outpost) to buy Suzune with the Invest cost to Recruit Suzune and create the Scout personality
Can I use the Outposts attach to the created Scout Personality or does it have to be Suzune?

Secluded Outpost Tireless Interrupt, : If this Holding bowed to produce Gold to Recruit a Personality, Equip an attachment to him from your hand for 4 less Gold after he enters play.
Suzune, the Coy Invest : Create a 3F/2C/1PH Ronin • Samurai • Scout • Yojimbo • Resilient Personality (Once per game per card, a Resilient card does not die in battle resolution).

The Scout Personality is created by Suzune's Invest trait, not by the action that's Recruiting her; the Secluded Outpost is producing gold to Recruit Suzune, not the Scout. So, you may only use Secluded Outpost to Equip something to Suzune.
