Since subtitles are now considered single word keywords, does Matsu Misato (The Hatamoto) serve as an MRP of Matsu Misato (from IE)?
Also, since I get a little confused by wording: With one House of No Tomorrow out and no courtesy, what is the honor total you must end your turn at to be eliminated by dishonor: -21 or -19?

As the Oracle states, Matsu Misato from Glory of the Empire and Matsu Misato from The New Order are different cards (the former is the mother of the latter).
If one House of No Tomorrow is out, and its controller does not have Courtesy, the Family Honour target for a dishonour victory is -20 + -1, which is -21.
