Yung Sensei gives Kharmic to my personalities in and out of play. Is there a point to the ones in play having Kharmic? The Kharmic ability seems like it can only be used on cards in a province... so... am I missing something? I'm not being facetious, I just want to make sure I'm not cheating myself out of something awesome.
The rulebook Kharmic ability is Battle/Open for you, and you may put cards at the bottom of your deck instead of discarding them from that ability. Your Personalities in and out of play have Kharmic.
Kharmic Repeatable Limited, (2): Discard a Kharmic card from your hand to draw a card, or discard a Kharmic card from your Province to refill the Province face-up.

Well, you could say the "point" is consistency. Your cards with Kharmic printed on them have it while in and out of play, and so will Personalities affected by Yung Sensei.
Otherwise, no, you're not currently missing any combos or hidden applications of having Kharmic on a Personality in play.
