I have Junsuke in province and 3 Ancestors on the table. I announce Junsuke Proclaim and interrupt it with Kagako Sensei ability. Could i gain additional point of honor from just created Ancestor, 4 instead 3?
Kitsu Junsuke Increase your Honor gain from Proclaiming Junsuke to equal the number of Ancestors, up to 5, you control.
Kagako Sensei Interrupt, 3GC: After the action Recruits your Lion Clan Shugenja, create a 2F/2C/3PH Lion Clan • Ancestor • Samurai • Spirit Personality and gain 1 Honor.

Both the Honor Gain from Proclaiming and the creation of the Ancestor have the same timing (after the Personality enters play/is Recruited).
The active player would then choose which happens first. Likely it would be you during your Dynasty Phase, so you could indeed easily choose for the Ancestor to be created first, which would then increase the gain.
