Effective upon release, Yoritomi Haruna's ability reads:
Economic Open, : Target a Market or Port card in your Province. You may either take an additional action to use one of its abilities ignoring bow costs, produce 2 Gold, or target your Personality and give him +2F, or +3F if he is Spider Clan. Discard the card and refill the Province face-up.
Also effective upon release, Spirited Dispute has received some clarification; should you pay its Invest along with its second ability, you only resolve the action's targeting and effects a second, not costs, so you only pay a total of 4G for retrieving two cards from your discard.
