Just wanted to clarify things with the Tactical Advantage
The rulebook states that all tacticians have the tactical ability so: 1. Is it considered an ability on the personality and not a player ability? 2. Can all my tacticians use the Tactical Advantage in the same turn (ex. I have Kisada and Shinoda in one battle, both of them can get the Force Bonus from the Tactical Advantage ability in the same battle/turn)?

The personalities have the ability, and yes, multiple Tacticians may use the ability during the same turn.
