Hi, Ruthless Determination : Dark Virtue Battle: Target your unbowed Samurai Personality. Fear with strength equal to his Force minus 1 (minimum zero).
If I target my unbowed Daigotsu Roburo with Ruthless Determination, is the Fear comes from Roburo because I targeted him ?
If yes, can I then use Roburo own Fear ability and combine it with Ruthless Determination ?

No, the Fear comes from Ruthless Determination, and since Ruthless Determination is not in a Unit, you may not combine with it.
