What happens if the duel that is created by Oneiyara results in a tie, and both personalities are duelists? As Duelists only win ties when facing other Duelists, both personalities would lose. Do both get a fear with strength equal to Oneiyara's force, or only one because the wording is singular (If so, who decides who the fear goes to), or does it fizzle as there are more than one loser?
Oneiyara: Iaijutsu Battle: Oneiyara challenges a target enemy Personality. After the duel, Fear equal to Oneiyara's Force that targets the loser.

Both players suffer the consequences of losing in a tie, so both Oneiyara and his opponent would both be targeted by the Fear effect.
