Can a Bookkeeper with 0 tokens that is under the effects of Frost Dragon Festival (so it has 0 gold production) be bowed to produce 0 gold when a holding is purchased, and then gain its +1 gold production counter?
If that works, can you also bow other holdings that produce 0 gold, like a General's Hatamoto or Oracle of the Void XP, just because you want to? Or does the Bookkeeper still retain its gold production ability it is simply reduced temporarily in effect from the Festival?
It is basically the same as Bamboo Harvesters XP2 but the rules have changed significantly between the 2 sets.

You may bow the Bookkeeper in that situation to produce 0G. It still has its gold production trait, it simply will not generate gold.
Holdings like General's Hatamoto and Oracle of the Void, however, lack a gold production trait and therefore cannot be bowed in this manner.
