A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Since there are now no costs, if a spell like wasting disease is repeatable and says bow this shugenja, wouldn't a bowed shugenja beable to use it any # of times. Or are all old spells going to read, if this shugenja is unbowed, do blah, bow this shugenja?
Since the current rules make no mention of Honor Req for followers, are these removed from all past followers?

Something like that. I'm slowly but surely converting all the cards in the Oracle to Ivory templating. Check the ones earlier in the alphabet for examples of the changes.

Follower HR is now listed as an Optional Rule, like Classic Lobbying, which isn't in effect for any official Legacy or Big Deck events.
