A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

OK, I have been asking for this off-board for a few days now, but not getting anywhere in private. The Comprehensive Rules are currently not available online, the links to both the RTF and PDF files are broken, and despite several days of asking, they have not been posted to another location while technical issues are resolved with getting them onto rules.l5r.com. We are about to head into a Kotei weekend with no access to the current Comprehensive Rules for TOs or players alike to reference, including any updates made over the last two weeks. This is completely unacceptable and unfair on a community that gears up for and supports the tournament scene for AEG. Please, even if the files need to be uploaded to a non-AEG site for public consumption, get the rules posted somewhere today so that we have them over the weekend.
In addition, the floor rules pdf is not accessible though assuming this has not been updated since April 18th and is largely ignored due to the utter ridiculousness of the game warning/loss sections, I would assume TOs for this weekend already have a copy. However, it would be nice to have access to those too.
Thank you in advance.

An updated version of the Comprehensive Rules is now available.
