A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Looking over Legacy of Tadaka (http://imperialassembly.com/oracle/#cardid=11814,#hashid=ae11bc78f5786637f067a35c1ba3a026,#cardcount=0) that was recently previewed, I wanted to follow up and make sure I'm tracking Interrupts properly:
I'm at a battle with one of my Shugenja against my opponent's personality.
My opponent declares a ranged attack and pays any costs.
I equip Legacy of Tadaka as an Interrupt.
My opponent does nothing.
I then can Interrupt again (since we haven't resolved the ranged attack) by using the ability on Legacy of Tadaka to reduce the strength of the ranged attack.
Am I following things correctly?

You are correct. Like a Combat Segment, a round of taking Interrupts to an action doesn't end until both players choose to not take one.
