Newbie question. If I use School of Wizadry to bring Kitsune Yuko into play, can I also use it to pay her Invest cost?

Yes. From the Comprehensive Rules, definition of Invest (page 54):
“Invest (2):”). When paying for a card entering play, a player may increase its Gold cost by the additional cost in its Invest trait, once, to get an additional effect after it enters play
Since the Gold cost is increased by the Invest, School of Wizardry *could* reduce them to zero afterwards [CLARIFIED] but since Kitsune Yuko is a Nonhuman Personality, School of Wizardry won't work at all with her, Invest or not
