Battle/Open, w: Another player may discard a Spell or Kiho from his hand. If he does not, he must target and bow one of his unbowed Personalities.
In a game in which I have three opponents how does this card work?
It does not say each player, nor does it give me a way of choosing or targeting a single other player.

We have decided that, even though the card doesn't explicitly ask for a choice, in the case of a multiplayer you must choose one of the players since "another" is singular. If it meant to refer to all other players we'd use the wording "(all) other players"
