I've been asked by some players about the legality of Kataoka and his Horse promos. It says 1st of March, and they've started arriving to Spain this week. Also, they don't exist in the Oracle.
Since they don't exist there, I'll say they're not legat on next week Kotei, but I'd be nice to have an official answer, if possible.

Officially updated in the Oracle just today, with a new June 1st legality date.
