Greetings! My opponent has sacred temples in play. I use Men of cunning on his personality. What happens? The Personality will be bowed no matter what his choice is?
Correct. Men of Cunning's effect does not check what the other player CHOOSES to do, only what he DOES. Since Sacred Temples prevents him discarding from your action, the "if he does not" bowing effect occurs.
