Can the ability stronghold negate from playing the terrain of come one at time or he can play terrain then negating is battle abilities?

The "next action" from Come One at a Time would have to be the Battle action that puts it into play (since you can't use the Shadowed Estate's ability during the battle, you had to use it in advance). Since the terrain would then fail to enter play, the battle abilities would never be granted, so it shouldn't really matter.
