the oracle of the void card, if I use the first limited "The next two cards in provinces you refill (this turn) may be refilled face-up" can I buy them out too? if I have the gold.
Yukihime's Hot Springs it says "Open, Bow: A target Holding's abilities may not be used." does that mean that I can make someones holding not produce gold on their turn if i do that before they have used the money?

In Ivory Edition gold production isn't an ability, it's a trait. Abilities are pieces of text preceded by the designators Limited, Open, Battle, Engage, Interrupt, Dynasty. If they don't have this (and I believe no Gold production text in IvE does), Yukihime's Hot Springs won't stop it. For example, you can use Yukihime's Hot Springs on an opponents Kabuki Theater Troupe. This will stop the "Limited (Bow): Gain 1 Honor" Limited ability but not the "(bow): Produce 2 Gold" trait.
