Searching for a card that isn't there (Again) (L5R rules board)

So I asked this a while back and I thought the answer covered it but This Topic which followed mine makes me wonder if I understood it correctly. So without trying to flog a dead horse I'm going to explain what I want to do with Jade Pearl Inn exactly and ask for a simple yes or no.

In my Lion deck I am running Jade Pearl Inn but no 1g holdings of any kind. I flip Akodo Dairuko and a Jade Pearl Inn turn 1.

Can I Cycle Akodo Dairuko, bring in Jade Pearl Inn and then shuffle my deck so that Akodo Dairuko isn't at the bottom anymore, even though I know I have no 1g holdings to actually find?
