Reading the Reference Rules, I came across this bit: "Players can normally take actions from abilities on Strategies and Rings in their hand".
Does this mean that now the False Rings can be used from the hand?

Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.
It would be quite a challenge to pay the bowing cost in that case.
