Ok, so this one is one I only recently encountered in a game, otherwise I'd have put it with my other question. I have a shugenja A with two searing sieges, and a Koan's scroll satchel. I make one searing siege a home action. Can I combine the non home searing siege with the home searing siege from home? Their logic was no, as both sieges would have to be home. My thinking was maybe, because the interrupt to combine ranged attacks is mine, and I have presence at all battlefields (like, say, with the use of imperial favor). Any clarification would be nice. No, you cannot, because without Home the Interrupt use of Searing Siege would need to be at the battle (Interrupts are governed by both Presence and Location). Time to get that guy another Koan card!
