I had question about this since I think Invest is technically a trait, but I wasn't sure if discarding is technically an action.
If I use Susumu Takada's Invest action, can I use Reverse Fate to increase the FV of the card I discard or not?
Susumu Takada - Invest (3gc) : Discard a card to gain Honor equal to its Focus Value. Reverse Fate - Void Interrupt, (Bow): Give the first card discarded by the action +1FV or -1FV.

You are correct that Invest is a trait, not an action, and therefore Reverse Fate will not assist you with it.
