Before I go and get myself DQed on a technicality in Tulsa, I wanted to ask a couple of specifics about the bans.
The ban states that neither can be played unless playing the Matter of Honor set. The article declaring the ban and the oracle ban line for both cards state they are both banned unless played with the Learn 2 Play set. My questions are thus:
1. Is the forum decklist posted by AEG correct http://www.alderac.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=123&t=104332&p=1397596#p1397596
2. If the forum deck list is correct and it is not a part of the L2P set, can Exotic Farmlands be played with the set since it states on its card it can be played with the L2P decklist since the Oracle states it is banned unless playing the Matter of Honor Decklist.
3. If It can be played by adding it to the decklist and playing 43 cards can other cards be removed to get back down to 40?
4. Can the oni that came with the set be added?
5. Do the cards in the deck have to be the ones purchased from the L2P set or can you use the other editions of the cards, if to only catch your opponent off guard by not having MoH ## in the corner of every card.
6. Can the crab deck be modified to add the two banned cards to their deck (though I dont see as useful a purpose without the horde of ashigaru in their deck)
It would seem to me that since it was stated that both could be played if you use the exact decklist and just add them if not part of the decks but with the wording of "exact decklist" additions would no longer make the decklist exact, and thus wouldnt be allowed. Just clarifying this chicken or the egg situation on Exotic Farmlands. Would hate to spend the money to get to Tulsa, then get a dq for a lack of clarification.
