Do Followers add force during resolution if the personality is bowed? The rule books do not state this clearly and back in my day they did not. However when I searched the forums I found reference to them still contributing but it was in reference to Celestial Edition.
Quick question
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Followers add force to their army's total even if the Personality is bowed.
This was changed for Diamond Edition (or so).
