Can Moto Taigo trigger his interrupt if a personality is moving from home to a battlefield that he isn't at?
Can his interrupt be used when False Route is moving 2 personalities away from his battlefield? Or must Taigo be also moved with False Route?

The restrictions on Taigo's Interrupt mean that he must be at the battle currently resolving. It doesn't matter where the Personalities are moving to or from, but he must be there.
So question 1 is a no, and question 2 is a yes, whether or not he is one of the Personalities moving.
