I have 2 questions/scenarios regarding Morito Inoue and Jade mine.
1. Opponent has a Jade Mine and has not used the "Produce 3 gold" ability. I use Morito Inoue's Limited ability to straighten the Jade Mine and use it's "Produce 3 gold". Will it straighten on my opponent's Action phase? Whose Action phase does the "will not straighten" clause apply to?
2. Opponent has a Jade Mine and HAS used the "Produce 3 gold" ability. Will Morito Inoue's Limited be able to straighten it on my turn?

The word "your" refers here to the player who uses the trait. If you use your opponent's Jade Mine this way, it won't straighten until after your next Action Phase (not your opponent's), per extension of the rules on "your" when using abilities

No, the negation will prevent it.
