I will be running an Ivory Rules event next Sunday (Ruby Championships) and need to clarify two things.
1. Are ALL Eternity bugged cards legal for Ivory?
2. If so are Border Keep and Bamboo Harvesters legal for Ivory deck construction as they will be no longer excluded under the game rules? (as they were under Emperor).

1. Yes.
2. I guess you missed this. Sorry, I don't know when the images/texts of the MRP'd versions of the cards will appear in the Oracle, but I'll see if I can't get the texts in before Sunday for you and your players.
The MRP's should be going live in the Oracle very soon.
