A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Limited: Pay "x" Target an attachment with Gold Cost equal to or lower than the amount paid. Transfer it to any player's target Personality (this may change control of the attachment).
Does that ignore item restrictions such as "can only attach to "x?"" I only ask as it makes no reference to it on the card. Thanks!
Restrictions on attaching are also checked when transferring attachments.
