Does Spirit of the Shadow cause a personalities base abilities to be considered ninja actions for the sake of Apprentice Shinobi?

I ask this because a friend is considering the gross combo of using Isawa Kaname's unlimited ranged attack in conjunction with Spirit of the Shadow and apprentice shinobi on another personality. So, would Isawa Kaname's unlimited ranged ability be considered a Ninja Action if she is given Ninja?
