Tsudao's Tanto - "This Personality has Double Chi."

Heroic Sacrifice - "Before the first duel, permanently remove your Personality's Double Chi"

1. If a personality with Tsudao's Tanto uses Heroic Sacrifice, does the double chi come back at any point?

2. Assuming no to #1, what if the Tanto is removed from the personality and re-attached later?

3. Assuming no to #1, what if the personality naturally has Double Chi? Do both instances get removed?
