If I play Kitsuki Judgement on a dishonored personality with more than 0 base personal honor, does the controller lose any honor?

If I play Kitsuki Judgement on a dishonored personality with more than 0 base personal honor, does the controller lose any honor?
Barring exceptional circumstances, no.
Kitsuki Judgment causes the Personality to seppuku. This will restore them to honor, then destroy them, so they will be honorable when destroyed.
The only times the controller might lose honor would be if the Personality will not be restored to honor (such as a Personality who had been targeted by Robbing the Dead), or if an effect dishonors the Personality between his being rehonored and his being destroyed (as seen here).
