I did a search on this and still got confused about this strategy and whether I can use it to get an unaligned person for 2g cheaper if I have a clan alignment. Let's say I am playing unicorn and I flip up a silk works, stables, small farm and Seppun Ritisharu. Can I use truce on her to get her for free or is she not a legal target because unaligned is not really considered a clan alignment other than your own? I just find the wording a bit confusing on this card when it comes to that issue.

"Unaligned" is not a clan alignment. Therefore, you could not use Truce to pay less for such a Personality:
Different and same keywords: "A card without a certain type of keyword has neither a “different” nor “the same” keyword as another card."
