If someone uses the open action on Jurojin's Blessing, do they need to show which card they got?
I think so because to related to searching but Jurojin's Blessing doesn't say "search" on it at all.

Searching is a bit of a red herring here.
Since the discard pile is face-up, its contents are known at all times. If a card goes to another location, the card has to be announced.
