Will cards starting in CoM be played as per how their text works under EE rules or under the upcoming IvE ruleset? I ask because of the new spell previewed today that, per EE rules allows presenceless move-in, but under IvE rules would not as it lacks the requisite Home and Absent keywords. Thank you in advance.
