Goju Sawaki, Sly Deceiver, Daigotsu Yutaka

Hello, I was wondering if the following combo worked

1) Goju Sawaki uses Sly Deceiver to copy Daigotsu Yutaka. He takes his Battle action and Keywords.

--Enter Battle--

2) Goju Sawaki is targeted by an enemy battle action. His reaction kicks in (killing him) and placing two 1F shadowlands ninjas at the current battlefield. 3) I pay 3 gold (His base gold cost is 5) to bring Goju Sawaki back to the battlefield as per the copied Yutuka ability

Goju Sawaki - Reaction: After another player's Battle action targets Sawaki, destroy him: Create two 1F/1C/0PH Spider Clan • Shadowlands • Ninja Personalities at the current battlefield. Daigotsu Yutaka - Battle: If Yutaka is dead and he would be opposed: Bring him into play at the current battlefield, paying 3 less Gold if you have taken a Dark Virtue action this phase. Sly Deceiver - Limited: Choose your performing Ninja Personality and target a non-Unique Personality: Your Ninja permanently copies the Personality's base keywords, except Clan Champion, Daimyo, or Shugenja, and permanently copies his base abilities which do not themselves copy abilities.

Also, I'm assuming Sawaki wouldn't copy his trait of not being able to do Bushido Virtue actions?

I don't see anything wrong with this scenario.

Also, I'm assuming Sawaki wouldn't copy his trait of not being able to do Bushido Virtue actions?

Sly Deceiver doesn't copy traits.
