M'rika After M'rika enters play: Gain 2 Honor
if M'rika is dead for having chi 0, can i use paneki mask infinite times to bring her into play and win 2 x infinite honor?

Not infinite, as the rules on infinite loops say you have to state a number of times. However, "2 million times" would be perfectly appropriate and work.
