I seem to recall there was a CR change that made it so reactions could only be announced once per trigger (this was important to prevent the new double-proclaiming Sensei from allowing one personality to double-proclaim, as I recall). As such, does the referenced ruling still stand, or can Yusagi no longer double proclaim himself as he appears to get around the once-per-turn restriction of Proclaiming, but not the once-per-trigger?
Thanks for your time!

That is correct. The CR for Abilities and actions is now updated to say that Reactions may only be taken once per trigger, and this means you will need to have Proclaimed another Personality to make use of Yusugi's trait. I'll update the old ruling.
