Hi Rules Team,
I tried searching things like "Bow Bowed Perform" and "Bow Pay Costs" but nothing came up in my searches.
Let's say I have in play someone like Mirumoto Kojinrue who is able to perform actions requiring an unbowed personality. I then play something like "Unstable Ground". If Kojinrue is bowed already, does Kojinrue's trait allow me to play it? Or do I still need to bow someone to fulfill the costs of playing the action?
Thanks!
Relevant Card Text:
Kojinrue may be assigned even if bowed. You may choose Kojinrue to perform actions requiring an unbowed performer even if he is bowed.
Battle: If there is no Terrain in play at the current battlefield, bow your performing Scout and target an enemy card without attachments: Destroy it. Put this card into play there.

No.
Cards that allow you to pay a bow cost even if bowed are generally worded as "you may ignore the cost of bowing", such as SAAAATSUUUUU!. Kojinrue allows you to target him as if he was unbowed, but does not allow the waiving of that cost. Kojinrue is good, but he's no burninator.
