What happens if I use Ikoma Shizuka to fetch Kokure's Lands from my deck and attach it to one of my provinces containing a card? Will that card be immediately discarded?
Relevant text: Ikoma Shizuka Limited: Bow Shizuka: Search you Dynasty or Fate deck. If you find a Region, attach it to one of your provinces, paying all costs. If you find a Terrain, put it in your hand and discard a card.
Kokure's Lands This province does not hold Dynasty cards.

The card will remain there until something else removes it from there. For example, you choosing to buy it during your Dynasty Phase or choosing to discard it before the end of your Dynasty Phase. When the card leaves the Province, it won't be refilled. Until that happens, the card will sit there, waiting, (maybe feeling guilty, too).
