Will I lose honor with Lady Kitsune being dishonored assuming I have Otomo Sensei in play?

Otomo Sensei doesn't make a difference - the dishonorable personality was destroyed, and this is enough to trigger the rulebook effect of the honor loss. The game still remembers the base PH of the dishonorabled Personality, and therefore you lose an equal amount of honor.
This isn't too different to destroying dishonorable created personalities which I'll cite as precedent here, since created cards are also removed from the game before they can hit the discard pile, but you still lose honor if they die dishonorably.
