Ugulu no Oni says: Before a Human Personality moves to Ugulu's battlefield: Negate his movement.
Dislodge the Foe says: Battle: Choose one or more of your performing Tacticians at the same battlefield and target a Personality opposing them: He is lured into a trap. Move them all to the current battlefield.
If I use Spirit of Knowledge to make Ugulu no Oni a tactician, and he uses Dislodge the Foe to move himself and an enemy personality to the current battlefield, is the movement of the enemy personality negated by his trait?

No. Both movements are simultaneous because they are caused by the single piece of text ("Move them all"), so Ugulu reaches the new battlefield at the same time as the opponent, so the movement has just happened.
This is the same question as this and this. Please use the Search function before asking questions. Thanks.
