L5R CCG Rules board, 5 January 2013 to 7 January 2013

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Hello,

I've search everywhere for a rule set for the Tattoo mechanic with de Dragon Monk in the Emperor Edition and I didn't found anything. Anyone can point me to where I can find it?

Thank you in advance

There is no rulebook mechanic for Tattoo or Tattooed in Emperor Edition.

They are simply Keywords that are referenced by other cards.
