I tried to find an answer in the forum but was unable to find it.
So, during a battle I declare a ranged 4 attack against a Dairuko, my opponent has a Ryoshun's (benten, chugo, blade of champs, any redirection), then I ask him if he has any reaction, he says no, then I play a sniping and now the ranged attack has force to kill Dairuko.
The question is, can now he/she redirect to another target. My guess is that it can't because sniping is triggered after something is targeted and Ryoshun when something would be targeted (which I think it means before it is targeted).
Sniping Reaction: After a Ranged Attack is targeted: Give it a strength bonus equal to its current strength.
Ryoshun's Reaction: When another player's action would target one of your cards, discard this card: Choose another of your non-Stronghold cards at the same location. The action targets it instead, if legal.

You are correct. Sniping happens after the targeting, and Ryoshun's happens before. Therefore you can't redirect after the Sniping is played.
