Twin Forks City + Know No Fear vs The Law's Strength

I tried searching this, and found nothing, so sorry if this is a repeat question.

If I use Kakita Bob's built in duel and win, granting him the Negation off of Twin Forks City, then my opponent uses The Law's Strength with me reacting with Know No Fear, which of the two situations happens?:

A. Know No Fear negates before Twin Forks' trigger, therefore it is able to negate Kakita Bob's death.

or

B. Know No Fear and Twin Forks' triggers are the same time, therefore using Know No Fear is just redundant.

Key Texts: Twin Forks City After an action resolves that created a duel your Personality won during a Combat Segment, once per Personality per battle: Negate his next bowing, movement, or destruction from other players' cards' effects. Know No Fear Reaction: After another player's action targets your performing Samurai: Negate his bowing and movement from the action's effects. The Law's Strength Battle: Choose your performing Courtier or Magistrate and target a Personality: Move him home. If this did not move him home, destroy him.
