If I have a personality with the Arcane cloak of the Chameleons attached, and that personality performs Metsubushi, and there are other people in the army, at least one of which has an attachment... What happens?
Who/what is my opponent allowed to legally target with his next battle action?
Edit: what if the cloak is the only attachment in the army, but there are other personalities, and the guy with the cloak performs metsubushi? What can the opponent legally target with their next action?
Edit 2: what if the only attachments in the army are the cloak and another item on the same guy as the cloak, but there are other personalities in the army, and the guy with the cloak performs metsubushi? What can the opponent legally target with their next action?

The effects will cancel each other out, as described in Effects, Conditional choice restriction conflicts: When effects restrict choice based on a condition that forces choice or checks for other legal choices, conflicts and paradoxes are resolved by removing all such conflicting restrictions. This applies to positive restrictions (example: "This card must be chosen as a target" - effectively saying that no other cards can be chosen if this card is a legal target) and negative restrictions (example: "This card may not be chosen as a target if there are other legal targets.")
