If a Crane player has three duelists and one guy performs a duel and wins, does winning that one duel performed by that one guy trigger the protection from the stronghold for all three?
I know that the answer is no but need an official ruling. Thanks.

After an action resolves that created a duel your Personality won during a Combat Segment, once per Personality per battle: Negate his next bowing, movement, or destruction from other players' cards' effects.
"His" on that card refers to the previous Personality referenced, your Personality that won the duel.

Regarding this, so the only personally that gets the protection effect is the personally that performed the duel?

Yes.
