Hey, anyone know of any web-hosted scans of the old card backs?

@saaam doesn't oracleofthevoid.com have pics of thr card backs?
Not sure how to search for that, to be fair.
There's scans of the cards with special backs, like mons or story elements, but not plain ones.
I see
Yeah, that would be a good thing to add to oracleofthevoid.com
yeah, it's on my todo list
added a couple of search informational things that were bugging me. You can now search for "Kotei pack 2006" through "Kotei pack 2013" and "Draft pack 2006" (and 2007/2009) in the "All"
Wooo!
Speaking of the 'All' search: is it technically possible to search for a word and get cards that do not have said word anywhere on them, nor any reprints of them?
Yes.. because "All" searches the entire json file for the card.
which could have some stuff that's not a viewable field.
Ahhh. Makes sense then. Cool.
I thought I was going a little crazy last night looking at some of the cards and not seeing it printed anywhere.
as cards are queried, the returned arrays are spit out on javascript console, so you can fire that up and explore the card json returned to see how it's getting triggered.
Ooh. Neat.
But, arent txt fields in oracle only for mrp texts?
I mean theres no original abilities text of old cards that got reprinted later. Only flavour text are there linked to specific printings. Am i right?
no
every field could have reprint entries.
Ok, but theres no such database with all texts of all printed versions.
no.. but quite a few cards in oracle do have those entries (though it's hit and miss)
and to give an example of Shiwan's question.. if you search for "notes", you'll find "A Kensai's Viectory"
which has nothing about notes anywhere.. but if you dig in, there is a "designernotes" field that says "See Notes for Strike One"
designernotes isn't really anything exposed yet.
