the entire Reju section of the AR seems to have gone walkabout.
I see a nice set of rulings under "Doji Reju (non-Experienced)."
Tactician question
can Precise Orders be used to bonus a tactician's force twice ?
No. The action's in the rulebook, not printed on the card.
Honor Loss Timing Question (Zen/Jeff)
I lose honor from an Ambush. (5 pts) I'm at -15 before Ambush. My personality gets sent home, so I don't gain any honor from the battle. Do I: a)lose immediatly due to being at -20 b)have a chance to Rhetoric the loss and not lose[?]

No. "When another player gains or loses Honor..." (Doji Nagori text).

Is a person required to discard a card (if I am using Razor's Edge Dojo) to target your personality with an action?
If he can legally do so, yes.
If he has no cards can he still target my personalities with actions?
Yes. The discard is an effect, not a cost (stronghold text).
Flavor question

At a guess, because minor clan traits have confused players in the past.
