If a player plays the terrain woodlands and then it is destroyed ...can Personalities then be targeted with ranged attacks?
Yes.
RED question about ambush
Do Ambushes and Retributions could as new Battle Phases with the RED discard to target first action effect applying anew each time?
Yes.
Bayushi Sunetra Question
Should the second part of Sunetra exp's trait allow you to "move" bowed Personalities into a battle at which she already is, as opposed to "assigning" them there?
No. The two are not synonyms (Rules Archive, General Rules, Battle: http://l5r.alderac.com/rulings/#Battle). It's there for Cavalry, etc.

Shinsei's Shrine and Daisetsu [RULES]
If my opponent is playing Morning Glory Castle, and he gets a Shinsei's Shrine in one of his provinces, can he use his stronghold to refill it with a personality that has been destroyed?
He can, but the card is immediately discarded.
[I]f Hitomi Daisetsu's reaction is canceled with Fall on Your Knees, he can just use it again and then straighten, right?
Correct.
Question: Straigtening optional?
Is straightening, during the straighten phase especially, optional for all of a controller's cards?
No (Diamond Edition rulebook, pg. 76). Otherwise, cards wouldn't need text specifying "May remain bowed."
Dragon Pearl
Does the one weapon per personality clause preclude attaching the Dragon Pearl to a personality as a copy of weapon when that Personality already has a weapon attached?

Can Hiruma Ashihei receive the Force bonus from Frenzy?

Can Kisada's Fist save a Wedged Personality as the ability to save someone is a trait?
Kisada's Shrine has the word "Reaction" printed on it in big black bold type. No.
People, let me give you all a little free advice. (Now, I don't do this for just anyone, but y'all seem like nice folks.) And that advice is:
Stop trying to cheese out of blowing up your Personalities affected by Wedge! The Rules Junta won't let you! Accept it! Move on! Find other combos!
